Carolyn's solid experience has seen her handle multi-million dollar budgets across strategy, branding and digital disciplines. She has managed 360 campaigns that span the Asia Pacific region, and her web development and social media expertise place her as an expert in the digital field, and integration of digital channels as a crucial part of overall marketing plans.
Carolyn is playing an instrumental role in managing client participation at the Shanghai Expo. Working closely with Cisco, EMC and Datacraft, she is developing the strategic roll-out of their clients' communication journey in what is regarded as the largest gathering of humanity in the history of mankind.
Margaret Leong has joined the Band team as Group Account Director. Having been in MNC agencies for more than 12 years, she brings her wealth of knowledge in consumer electronics, financial services and PSA (govt) campaigns. She has also been instrumental in business development and loyalty marketing programs for her client portfolio.
A very driven person, her passion for communication extends past working hours into her personal time with involvement in volunteer programs in the health and welfare sectors.
Margaret has intensive through-the-line experience, from BTL to using new social media, and has led the strategy, conceptualising and implementation of brand campaigns for clients including Samsung, DBS Bank, American Express International, Allianz, ABC Extra Stout, Tiger Beer, StarHub and the Health Promotion Board.
Shawn's background is a rich blend of public relations and journalism spanning a diverse range of industries including automotive, technology and travel. Before joining band PR, Shawn spent more than three years at a global PR agency in Singapore, where he was a strategist on successful campaigns for a variety of clients including Amadeus, Audi, Microsoft, Sony, Thai Air Asia and VISA. He has also provided strategic counsel and implemented public relations programmes around the region. Prior to joining the public relations, Shawn was a features editor with PC Magazine.
Ben brings with him rich international experience from both client and agency sides. He has more than a decade of consulting and corporate marketing communication experience, including leading campaign strategies for some of the world's leading B2B and B2C brands, including e-Bay, HP, Microsoft, Cisco and SAP.
He is active on the academic circuit too, being awarded an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at North Western University in the USA, as well as teaching integrated marketing in the USA and Singapore.
Ben's IT specialization has produced a proven track record of delivering tangible business results through managing step-change marketing communications campaigns as well as bringing new business development to the table. He is proud to be playing an instrumental role in Cisco's involvement in the Shanghai expo and is heading up Band's team developing and delivering Cisco's partner participation strategy.

John is highly regarded in his field and rightly so - with 18 years experience working on both client and agency sides in advertising, sales promotion, direct / loyalty marketing and digital marketing roles, he knows his stuff!
His passion for online began in 1996 when he led the development of the first website for ASDA Walmart (UK's no.2 food retailer). Moving to Singapore in 2000, John has worked in online direct marketing roles for Batey Ads, The Filter Group, Go Direct and most recently as Sales Director for iMail Global (Online media owner).
